DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The requested shipment will be processed and handed over to the courier from our distribution warehouse within 1-2 business days.

You can expect delivery of your order within 4-7 business days. For small or remote locations, this may take a little longer.

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Exceptions are official holidays in the country.

If you cannot be at the specified address during the estimated delivery period, please provide an alternative – this could be a family member, relative, neighbor, friend, colleague, etc.

SHIPPING FEE

For orders with a total net value up to 170 EUR – the shipping fee is 14 EUR.
For orders with a total net value over 170 EUR – delivery is free.

Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the total value of the order and the delivery destination. You will see the final shipping and handling fees during the checkout process, after filling in your order's delivery address.

For all recommendations and complaints regarding your order, please contact us for clarification and resolution no later than 7 days after receiving the shipment.
